How far do you delivery?
We offer delivery 20km from our store. Please note the delivery range is determined within our checkout by a GPS system and is inclusive of traffic restrictions and detours. This may affect our ability to deliver to you.
How much is delivery?
We have a flat $8 rate for shipping on all orders, with a minimum spend of $40. Orders outside this range will not be eligible for delivery, not matter the range.
Do you offer free delivery?
We have free delivery for orders over $30 within a 5km radius of our store. Again please note the delivery range will be determined not by exact radius but inclusive of traffic conditions.
Can I pre-select my order time?
We currently don’t have delivery time slots, rather you can pick the date and if you have a time preference, please mention in notes section. Most deliveries are sent between 2pm – 6pm depending on location.
How do I know if my delivery is coming?
We aim to make sure all orders are delivered on the day you pre-select, and if not possible our team will be in contact with you. If you would like to confirm with our team that your order will be coming today, text your order number and name to 0432 488 477.
I’ve entered my address in the checkout and says pick-up only, what does this mean?
If this occurs for you, it means you are outside our delivery range and will not be able to fulfill this order for delivery. It also may mean you have not met our minimum spend of $40 for delivery outside 5km.
I just checked my order and realised I selected pick-up. I live more than 5km away. What do I do?
In this case, you will be outside our delivery range, therefore our system has automatically changed your order to pick-up only. We will happily provide a full refund. Please get in contact with our team on 0432 488 477 with your order number to resolve this.
Can I order same day delivery?
Yes you can order same day delivery for normal menu items (not dessert menu) if you live within 5km, spend over $30 and place your order by 11am. We do not offer same day delivery on orders outside our 5km range.
Do I need to order desserts in advance?
Yes we require a 24 hour minimum notice period for dessert orders, both pick-up and delivery. We have limited stock of our desserts available in-store each day for pick-up.
