All bookings must abide by our booking policy below, we can’t wait to welcome you to Zero Mode!
BOOKING POLICY
For Guests number less than 4, DEPOSIT are required to guarantee all reservations, but it won’t be charge unless NOSHOW or CACELLATION within 24 HOURS.
For Guests number between 5 to 20, DEPOSIT of $20 per guest are required to guarantee all reservations, and this will be deducted from the total cost of your final bill.
At Zero Mode, we accept reservations online for up to 20 guests. For groups of 20 guests or more, please get in touch with us at (03) 9939 2873 or email us at [email protected]
For BOTTOMLESS guesses, please inform us when you make the booking by easily clicking the button. Please note $109 (LUNCH) or $119 (DINNER) .
We reserve the right to cancel an unconfirmed reservation after we have made reasonable attempts to contact you.
This deposit is non refundable in the case of NOSHOW or CANCELLATION within 24HRs.

Groups of 10 or more for dinner reservations are preferred to dine in on our Set Dinner Menu

Effectively immediately, as our venue has very limited seating space during the weekends, a minimum spend of $20 per person will be required for day reservations on Friday/Saturday and Sunday. A minimum spend of $30 per person will be required for dinner reservations on Friday and Saturday.
Additionally, we absolutely accept walk-ins for coffee and sweets. We appreciate your understanding!
BYO Enquiries – Unfortunately, we do not offer BYO services for food and drinks (including cakes)

ZERO MODE RESERVATION DURATION:
The session time for each booking is approximately 90 minutes during PEAK HOURS and we will try our best to accommodate your requirements.
NOTE: For Bottomless Brunch/Dinner Set Menu Reservations, the duration of the session will be strictly 2 HRS from your reservation time.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
We require 24-hour notice for any reduction in numbers to your party size or cancellation.
For any changes/rescheduling on your prepaid sessions must be made prior to 24 hours of the reservation day and time.
Failure to arrive in 15 minutes for your reservation without a notice will incur a cancellation of your reservation.
